Terms of Use

1. Use of the Platform

Nexus ShopFlow (web and mobile) is provided as a workshop and equipment management system for authorised business users only. Access is granted on an invite-only basis and is intended for field technicians, workshop personnel, and authorised company administrators.

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and job-related activities
• Not misuse, copy, or attempt to replicate the system
• Not share access credentials with unauthorised users
• Be responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all job notes, photos, comments, and status updates you upload or enter

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content, structure, workflows, and functionality within Nexus ShopFlow are the intellectual property of Nexus Construction Intelligence.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use the platform.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or resell the software
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source logic
• Use the system to build a competing product

3. User Accounts and Mobile App Usage

Each user is responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login details
• Ensuring information, job notes, and comments entered are accurate and truthful
• Ensuring job photos uploaded relate to legitimate job or service activity
• Not uploading offensive, unlawful, private unrelated, or inappropriate images
• Any activity performed under their account (web or mobile)

When using the Field Service mobile app, location and photo metadata may be recorded when location permission is granted. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse, policy violation, or abuse is detected.

4. Access and Availability

We aim to provide reliable access to the platform, however:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Features may be updated, modified, or removed at any time
• Access may be revoked at our discretion

5. Data and Content Responsibility

Field technicians and users are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all data, job notes, comments, photos, and status updates they input or upload into the system.

We are not liable for:

• Inaccurate job notes, comments, or status updates
• Inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content uploaded by users
• Operational decisions made using the platform data
• Loss of business due to misuse or inaccuracy
• Photos or metadata linked to jobs

6. Subscription and Access

Access to Nexus ShopFlow may be subject to subscription plans.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify pricing and features
• Restrict access based on subscription level
• Suspend accounts for non-payment

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Construction Intelligence shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Any damages arising from use of the platform

8. Termination and Account Suspension

We may suspend, revoke, or terminate access at any time if:

• These terms are breached
• Misuse, abuse, or policy violation of the system occurs
• Inappropriate or unlawful content is uploaded
• We determine access should be restricted or revoked

Account deletion may not remove business records that belong to the customer or company, as operational data is retained for audit, compliance, and customer record purposes.

9. App Store Terms

The Field Service mobile app is distributed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use of the app is also governed by the terms and conditions of these platforms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
